We are looking for a Care and Wellbeing Officer to join our team in North West Leicestershire. In this rewarding role, you will work with older and vulnerable tenants to assess their needs, develop support plans, and provide advice to promote their independence and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify areas for support and development.
  2. Develop and implement tailored support plans to meet individual tenant needs.
  3. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure tenants receive appropriate health, social, and wellbeing services.
  4. Facilitate social and wellbeing activities within sheltered housing schemes to encourage tenant involvement and regular consultation.

This part-time position offers a competitive salary of £24,500 - £27,500 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of the Carrington West team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals and contribute to the success of our organisation.
