About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pastoral Support and Guidance specialist to join our team, playing a vital role in enhancing the school's pastoral care.

Responsibilities:
  • Support pupils in overcoming personal and social challenges.
  • Develop and deliver targeted interventions to promote pupils' wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with the attendance team to enhance pupil attendance.
  • Administer first aid and provide medical assistance when required.
  • A proven track record of delivering wellbeing interventions is essential.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young people's growth and development is required.
