About This Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate care companion to join our team at Alcedo Care. As a care companion, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes within the South Liverpool area.

What You'll Be Doing

Your key responsibilities will include providing personal care, supporting clients with mobility and transfers, administering and documenting medication, and documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 or over, flexible and able to work within the hours of 6:45am - 11pm with some weekend work, and have the right to work in the UK. No previous experience is required, as our in-house training team will ensure you are trained to the high standards of care we expect.

Benefits and Salary

This role offers an excellent salary from £13.00 per hour, plus holiday pay and pension scheme paid separately to hourly rates. Additionally, you will receive an enhanced rate of pay for bank holidays and a genuine healthcare career progression opportunity, including full support to complete NVQ qualifications.
