Primary Wellbeing Coordinator Role

We are seeking a dedicated Primary Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team at a primary school in the L25 area. As a key member of the staff, you will play a vital role in enhancing the school's pastoral care and providing support to pupils.

Job Overview:
  • Temporary to Permanent Contract: A permanent contract will be offered following a successful trial period.
  • Full-time Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Schedule: Term-time only, plus 5 INSET days.
  • Estimated Annual Salary: £31,250 - £45,000.
About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing targeted interventions to improve pupils' wellbeing. You will also collaborate with colleagues to provide a supportive environment for all pupils and monitor and report on pupil attendance and progress.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement targeted interventions to improve pupils' wellbeing.

  4. Provide first aid and medical assistance as needed.
