Job Title: Early Intervention Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced early intervention coordinator to join our team in Liverpool Early Help Hubs. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting grant-funded projects and pilots, working closely with consultant social workers, social workers, and outreach family support workers to deliver high-quality social care services.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Ashberry Recruitment as a Team Manager overseeing a team of social workers in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting grant-funded projects and pilots in Early Help Hubs. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of social care services, ensuring that all services meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, including staff supervision, performance management, and training
- Develop and implement service plans, working closely with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of services
- Identify and address any issues or concerns related to service delivery, implementing solutions where necessary
- Collaborate with other teams to share best practices and improve service delivery
- Work closely with local authorities, community groups, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and improve services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in social care leadership, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of social care policies and procedures, including relevant legislation and guidelines
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff
- Ability to analyze complex information, identify solutions, and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence others
- Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum
