Job Summary

Pertemps is recruiting an exceptional Team Manager to lead the Liverpool Early Help Service. This role involves overseeing a team of professionals providing critical support to families in need.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing case referrals, implementing grant-funded projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Casework Allocation: Effectively allocate case referrals to ensure timely support.
  • Project Rollout: Collaborate with teams to integrate grant-funded projects into service operations.
  • Quality Standards: Maintain rigorous quality standards throughout casework practices.
  • Resource Utilization: Optimize resource allocation across hubs to enhance efficiency.

Requirements:

  1. Proven leadership experience in social work or family support environments.
  2. Familiarity with grant-funded initiatives and early intervention strategies.
  3. A deep understanding of family-centered support approaches.
  4. Registration with Social Work England.

We offer a competitive salary range of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering impactful services. This is a chance to drive meaningful change in the lives of children and families.
