Child and Family Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated Social Work Professional to join our Early Help Team in Liverpool, working closely with children and families who require additional support. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing needs, developing support plans, and delivering targeted interventions to promote positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and families' needs to inform support planning.
- Develop and implement tailored support plans to address specific needs and promote positive change.
- Provide direct support, including therapy and practical assistance, to help families overcome their challenges.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure a coordinated approach to support.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Strong understanding of child protection and safeguarding procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and other professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Compensation: £35 per hour
