Child and Family Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced individual to coordinate support services for children, families, and carers within their homes and communities.
About the Role:- This role involves providing daily routines assistance, mentoring support, and help families and young people overcome challenges.
- You will engage in various support roles, including supervised contact, hospital support, and confidence-building activities.
- Flexibility is key in this role, with shifts available during the day, night, and weekends.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in support work, preferably with children and young people.
- GCSEs/NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care are required, along with Safeguarding Level 2 certification.
- Experience working with children who have challenging behaviour is essential.
- A valid driving license and access to a car are preferred, as extensive travel is necessary.
- The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
