A challenging and rewarding role has become available in our Service Department at our Liverpool site, working Monday to Friday from 8am to 4.30pm. Reporting to the Service Administration Supervisor, the primary objective of this position is to provide efficient administrative support to the department across various locations within the Group, ensuring all repairs are invoiced to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:- Input time recording data for clock cards daily.
- Invoicing for the department and sub-contractors, including matching up and sending out invoices.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- A flexible work approach to Month End and ability to travel to and work from other THC depots as required.
- A full and current UK driving licence.
