Service Cost Administrator

We are seeking a highly experienced Service Cost Administrator to join our Commercial Vehicle Service department at MTC Northwest. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with the coordination of vehicle services and repairs
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of vehicle maintenance and service history

Requirements:

  • Motor Vehicle Administration experience, with a strong understanding of ADP/CDK/Kerridge software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other administrative software
