We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our team at Connect2Kent, a leading provider of social services in West Kent. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of children with disabilities and their families, identifying their needs and developing personalized care plans.

  • Provide direct support, advocacy, and guidance to children and families, empowering them to achieve their full potential.

  • Engage in regular supervision and ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and policy changes.
