Positive Behaviour Support Specialist

The Priory is seeking a highly skilled Senior Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to lead the implementation of PBS in designated regions. This role involves delivering support to sites, providing supervision and leadership to PBS Practitioners, and enabling site teams to implement positive approaches that improve wellbeing and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism and Challenging Behaviour.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing and delivering PBS to designated regions.
- Providing supervision, leadership, and ongoing support to PBS Practitioners.
- Delivering PROACT-SCIPr-UK training across the region.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
$65,000 - $75,000 per annum based on location and experience.
This role requires a Degree or higher in a relevant field, a formal qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, and proven team leadership skills and experience providing direct support to individuals with learning disabilities and/or Autism and Challenging Behaviour.
