Job Description

We're seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As an ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us.

Your role will involve:

  • Anticipating and managing every situation to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Processing and following up on booking requests
  • Mastery of our offer and loyalty program
  • Proactive development of revenue and sales

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Guest-oriented and a problem solver
  • Detail-oriented and able to share positive energy
  • Curious, outgoing, caring, and audacious

Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is preferable, but not essential. We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week, with a rotating roster of early and late shifts. Availability to work weekdays and weekends is required.
