Job Description

We are seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to join our team. As an ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, anticipating and managing every situation to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will be responsible for processing and following up on all booking requests, ensuring that all standards and procedures are followed, including billing and cashing in. Additionally, you will master and value our offer and loyalty program, being proactive in developing revenue and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

  • Anticipate and manage every situation to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications

Previous hotel experience is preferable, but not essential. We are looking for a guest-oriented and problem-solving individual who is passionate about delivering excellent service to our clients.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week, with a rotating roster of early and late shifts. Availability to work weekdays and weekends is required.
