About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partnerships Development Manager to join our team at Octopus Capital Ltd. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in building and growing our partnerships to enhance our market presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnerships Strategy: Help to define and evolve our partnerships strategy, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market trends.
  • Partner Identification and Engagement: Identify and engage new potential partners through various methods, including market research, industry events, and networking.
  • Relationship Management: Nurture a portfolio of partnerships throughout their pipeline journey, from initial contact to long-term relationships.
  • Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial and legal negotiations with potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and implement strategies to grow and enhance existing partnerships, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the Head of Commercial, CEO, and other business functions, to ensure seamless partnership development and execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven success in a partnerships role, with a track record of building and managing a pipeline of partners and contributing to partnerships strategy development.
  • Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously and take accountability for your workload.
  • Qualifications: Right to work in the UK.
