About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnerships Development Manager to join our Strategic Partnerships team at Visualsoft. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our partner ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including identifying new business opportunities and negotiating partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Develop and manage partner engagement plans to drive partner adoption and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and analyze partnership performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize partnership strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in partnership development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand complex business relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze partnership performance and identify areas for improvement.
