Job Overview

The Partnerships Executive role is a key position within the Partner Management Team at Global. This role involves working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager to develop and implement strategies for 6 sheet & large format development and estate management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating contractual agreements with landlords and external parties.
  • Liaising with the Partnerships team and Legal department to ensure timely preparation and return of contract documents.
  • Ensuring all contract documentation processes are adhered to and information is thoroughly checked before passing to the Finance Team.
  • Communicating with landlords to resolve queries, disputes, and problems.
  • Updating rent adjustments on internal systems and managing landlord invoice queries.
  • Monitoring and updating Asset Data on internal systems.
  • Providing expert support to other Partnership Executives, Partnership Managers, Senior Partnership Manager, and Head of Partnership Management.
  • Liaising with internal departments as required.

Requirements

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal colleagues and departments, as well as external parties.
  • Confidence in dealing with people of all levels.
  • Articulate, clear, and concise telephone manner.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Numerate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, pressurized environment with constantly changing deadlines.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office administration and/or customer service background.
  • Experience in negotiation and problem-solving is desirable.
