Community Enablement Supporter

We are seeking a dedicated Community Enablement Supporter to join our team in North Northants, providing high-quality support and care services to customers in their own homes.
About the role:The purpose of this job is to enable customers to remain independent whilst supporting their wellbeing, rights, and choices. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme, agile working arrangements, and generous leave entitlement (28 days, rising to 33 days).
Job requirements:- To provide practical and emotional support to customers to help them maintain independent living.
- Assist customers with physical disabilities to carry out activities, hygiene routines, and manage medication as directed within their care plans.
- Undertake risk assessments, manual handling, and medication assessments to safeguard customers and staff.
A Care Certificate and Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care are required. Proven experience in health or care work is essential, along with good verbal and written communication skills.
