Your Role
As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating care services for our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized care plans, monitoring resident progress, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience working in a care setting, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to care. You must also be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
