Job Description

This Cleanliness and Maintenance Coordinator position is available at Oyster Care Homes Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the home's cleanliness and maintenance standards are met, while also overseeing a team of domestic staff.

As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for coordinating cleaning schedules, managing stock levels, and providing guidance and support to domestic staff. Your key objective will be to maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout the home, adhering to specific cleaning guidelines and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the cleanliness and maintenance standards of the care home.
  • To coordinate cleaning schedules and manage stock levels.
  • To provide guidance and support to domestic staff as needed.
  • To maintain accurate records of stock levels and cleaning schedules.

The estimated salary for this role is £12.50 per hour, working 35 hours per week with a permanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on, followed by three consecutive shifts off.
