Cleaning Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our Oyster Care Homes Limited team. As a key member of our Domestic Services team, you will be responsible for leading a small domestic team in providing exceptional housekeeping services to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the care home, managing inventory, and supervising domestic staff. You will also be required to monitor and report any issues that may impact the cleanliness and safety of the care home.
As a seasoned professional in the field, you will bring valuable experience and knowledge to this role, enabling you to effectively identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily cleaning tasks to meet set deadlines.
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order additional stock as needed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to domestic staff.
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to the Maintenance team.
