Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor

Join us as an Aviation Workshop Specialist and play a critical role in maintaining the performance and reliability of our aircraft. Reporting to the Head of Mechanical Workshop, you will be responsible for supervising workshop staff, coordinating workloads, and ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
Salary: £48,000 - £65,000 per annum. Depending on experience.
About the Job:
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be working closely with our engineering team to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring that our aircraft remain airworthy and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in aviation maintenance, with experience in managing workshops and teams. You will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
