We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Autocentre team on a permanent basis. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of customer-facing staff to deliver excellent customer service
  • Developing and implementing effective team management strategies to improve customer satisfaction and staff engagement
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00 and Saturday 08:30 to 17:00, with a day off in the week. Sunday is a trading day, 10am - 4pm, with two Sundays per month.

We offer a great team environment and supportive management, making this an excellent opportunity for an experienced team leader or existing manager looking for a new challenge.
