Customer Service Operations Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of the contract and managing resources to meet contractual requirements. The successful candidate will have experience in a management or equivalent role and excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include assisting the Customer Service Manager, conducting disciplinary procedures, managing staff resources, and monitoring enforcement activity. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and coach a supervisory team, set objectives, and conduct appraisals. They will also be responsible for monitoring staff absence and lateness, as well as managing the budget and contract spend.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 36 months management experience gained within the last 3 years at Team Manager or equivalent level
- Strong people management skills gained within a diverse workforce
- Experience of monitoring KPIs and preparation of reports
- Experience of dealing with disciplinary issues with a good understanding of policy and procedure
