Job Summary

HARIBO UK is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supporting factory improvement projects, daily production and packing reporting, factory KPI reporting, capacity planning, and providing financial support to commercial decision making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting with factory improvement projects including; identifying and tracking operational waste
  • Daily production and packing reporting
  • Factory KPI reporting; including BDE
  • Capacity planning
  • Providing support with product costings, the annual standard costing process and works expenses
  • Providing a wide range of reporting to support our understanding of business performance
  • Developing ways to improve transparency of numbers reported
  • Building partnerships with all senior managers and their teams whilst also providing financial support to commercial decision making
  • Providing pre and post calculations to aid with business decisions
  • Supporting with companywide process changes and improvements
  • Carrying out month end actuals, dynamic forecasting, latest business estimates and annual budgets
  • Providing a wide range of reporting, variance analysis and bridges to support with understanding of business performance
  • Assisting with year-end audits, maintaining involvement with group requests, and completing external reporting where appropriate

Requirements

  • CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant
  • Experience of working within a large and complex organisation
  • Experience working within the food manufacturing industry
  • Excel guru with top-notch analytical skills
