About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analysis Analyst to join our team at HARIBO UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and financial analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track factory performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with finance and factory management teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform business strategy and drive growth.
  • Support the development and implementation of business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and ROI calculations.
  • Conduct variance analysis and bridge reporting to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • CIMA or ACCA qualified with experience working in a large and complex organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent Excel skills, with experience working with large datasets and financial models.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the food manufacturing industry.
