About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at HARIBO UK. As a key member of our finance and factory management teams, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure factory performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with senior managers and their teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Provide financial support to commercial decision-making, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Support the development and implementation of business cases, group submissions, and payback calculations.
  • Identify and track operational waste, and develop strategies to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain a wide range of reports to support business performance, including variance analysis and bridges.
Requirements
  • CIMA or ACCA qualified Accountant with experience working in a large and complex organization.
  • Experience working in the food manufacturing industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior managers and their teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and other business intelligence tools.
