About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Insights Analyst to join our team at HARIBO UK. As a key member of our finance and factory management teams, you will play a critical role in providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of business improvement projects, including the identification and tracking of operational waste.
  • Provide a wide range of reporting and analytics to support our understanding of business performance, including variance analysis and bridge reports.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior managers and their teams, providing financial support and guidance to inform commercial decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, group submissions, and payback calculations to support investment decisions.
  • Support the implementation of new initiatives, including the new warehouse build project.

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional qualification (CIMA or ACCA) and experience working within a large and complex organisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other business intelligence tools.
