About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solution Consultant to join our team at Whatfix. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for presenting the value proposition and benefits of our digital adoption platform to prospects and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our product and stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies.
  • Partner with account executives to deliver presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
  • Successfully manage and execute on-site or remote solution demonstrations.
  • Represent our product to customers and at field events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Evangelize our products to prospects, customers, and partners via presentations and product demos.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs with the assistance of account executives and technical sales engineers.
  • Convey feature input and customer requirements to product management teams.
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare, and execute strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
  • Respond to objections during solution presentations and articulate the value and return on investment delivered.
  • Establish and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio and the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical pre-sales/sales engineering/solutions consulting experience, preferably in ERP.
  • Ability to study existing deployments across industries and communicate use cases and results to new prospects.
  • Background in understanding existing deployments across applications like CRM and HR.
  • Experience as a solutions consultant at an application software company catering to industries relevant to Whatfix.
  • Consultative selling experience and ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts.
  • Understanding of high-performance software and enterprise SaaS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in languages in addition to English is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in a highly dynamic team environment.
