Key Responsibilities:- Develop personalized care plans for patients
- Conduct regular assessments and monitor vital signs
- Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Administer medications and communicate effectively with patients and their families
- Current NMC Registration
- 6 months paid experience in the UK
- Right to work in the UK
