Job Title: Talent Acquisition Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Randstad. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving full recruitment cycles from start to finish, supporting multiple departments and business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our client's business objectives and strategy, working closely with hiring managers and Business HR to identify skill requirements and talent needs.
  • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, leveraging internal and external resources to attract top talent.
  • Source, screen, and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop structured interview processes, including assessment centers and reference checks.
  • Manage the offer process, ensuring contracts are issued in line with company procedure.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, ensuring fixed terms and conditions are in place.
  • Utilize our ATS system to track recruitment metrics and provide reporting as needed.
  • Implement and manage our Employee Referral Policy, identifying and resolving issues proactively.
  • Develop and manage recruitment budgets, including media strategy, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other costs.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent English language skills, with another language an asset.
  • Strong track record of direct sourcing and recruitment for internal positions.
  • Assessment skills to evaluate candidate business capabilities, technical background, and key behaviors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proven track record of managing PSL suppliers.
  • Competitive drive, strong work ethic, and motivation to learn, grow, and succeed.
  • Ability to build professional relationships across all levels of the business, including business acumen with Senior Executives.
