Talent Acquisition Lead - Similarweb

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at Similarweb, a leading digital intelligence platform. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive our business forward.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute Recruitment Strategies: Design and implement effective recruitment plans to meet our hiring needs, leveraging various channels and networks to source top candidates.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners to ensure a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
  • Source and Evaluate Candidates: Utilize various methods to identify and assess top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Develop and Implement Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Design and execute strategies to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in our recruitment processes, ensuring a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline.
  • Measure and Analyze Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve our recruitment processes and outcomes.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest recruitment trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure our recruitment processes remain effective and efficient.

What We Look For:

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, tactics, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform recruitment decisions.
  • Experience working with HR information systems, applicant tracking systems, and other recruitment tools.
