Talent Acquisition Manager - Legal/Professional Services

Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Manager and be responsible for the delivery of our partnership. Execute the strategy and deliver against the hiring targets, SLAs, and support on the delivery of improvement projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage our Talent Acquisition Partners and oversee support from our centers of excellence team members.
  • Set and maintain high standards, pushing our team's performance to the next level.
  • Actively contribute by leading internal coaching and training sessions, managing service delivery, and executing talent acquisition strategy.
  • Oversee the hiring journey, manage all hiring activities, and ensure high-quality work from Talent Acquisition Partners and any support from the Centre of Excellence.
  • Collaborate and innovate with the Client Services Director to deliver cutting-edge insights and foresight to stakeholders through detailed reports and talent/market intelligence.
  • Drive improvement by offering fresh, innovative suggestions to enhance the client's Talent Acquisition function and processes.
Requirements:
  • Seasoned in-house or RPO recruiter with valuable firsthand experience.
  • Extensive recruitment experience specifically in the Technology and Data sector.
  • End-to-end recruitment maestro with unmatched speed, quality, and a commitment to delivering a world-class experience.
  • Time management whiz with impeccable follow-through, ensuring processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Data-driven strategist at ease diving into analytics and leveraging insights from data and reports to refine and enhance recruitment strategies continually.
