About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a hiring strategy that aligns with our business objectives and goals.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Designing and implementing effective recruitment processes and tools to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of hiring processes and strategies.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
