As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest queries and requests, and maintaining the overall quality of our reception area.
Your specific duties will include:
- Welcoming and checking in guests, ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a positive guest experience.
A competitive salary of $22,000 - $27,000 per year is offered, depending on experience.
