Key responsibilities include:
- Providing top-notch customer service and support
- Assisting with stock control and management
- Developing relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, you will be awarded the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Standard and brand-specific certifications. The estimated salary for this position is £22,000-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
