Salary and Benefits:
This apprenticeship comes with a competitive salary of £18,000 per annum, plus a £250 quarterly bonus and a £1,000 completion bonus. You will also receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you achieve your goals.
Job Description:
As a Sales and Customer Service Apprentice, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and tidy showroom, and handling administrative tasks. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure every customer receives a seamless experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Ensuring the West Way Sales Experience is delivered to every customer
- Maintaining good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- Achieving individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn. You must also be motivated, organised, and able to work well as part of a team. A Level 2 in Customer Service and a Level 1 Functional Skills in English and Maths are required for this position.
