About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Peripatetic Nurse to lead our multi-disciplinary team in delivering high-quality care across various locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residents receive exceptional clinical standards on every shift.

Your duties will include assessing new residents' needs, developing tailored care plans, and mentoring your team members to advance their skills. You will also contribute to creating safe and supportive environments that meet the physical and mental needs of our residents.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead by example with a can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that cater to individual resident needs.
  • Mentor and supervise team members to enhance their clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and safety.
