Job Description

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced Care Manager to join our team in Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for managing teams to deliver high-quality care and support services, promoting person-centred culture and maintaining the highest standards of clinical and personal support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support adults with complex learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives.
