Customer Service Delivery Expert

We are on a mission to make good food joyful to all our customers, and we need your help to make it happen. As an Online Assistant at Sainsbury's, you will be part of the team that picks and delivers online customer orders to their doorsteps.
About the RoleThis is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our colleagues to ensure that every order is accurate, complete, and delivered to our customers' satisfaction.
The Perfect Candidate- You have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor, making you a great fit for a customer-facing role.
- You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly to changing situations.
- You have a keen eye for detail and can multitask effectively.
We offer a competitive salary, including a nightshift premium of £2.45 per hour for every hour worked between midnight and 5am (where applicable). In addition, you will receive:
- A market-leading rate of pay: £9.50 - £10.50 per hour
- Nightshift premium: £2.45 per hour for every hour worked between midnight and 5am (where applicable)
- Discount card – 10% discount off shopping at Sainsbury's, Argos, Tu, and Habitat after four weeks, increasing to 15% off at Sainsbury's every Friday and Saturday and 15% off at Argos every payday
