Job Description:

Flow Logistics is seeking an experienced Van Delivery Operator to join our team in Oxford. As a Van Delivery Operator, you will be responsible for delivering parcels to customers in the surrounding areas of Banbury, Witney, Kidlington, and Bicester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Loading parcels at the depot in Oxford
  • Operating a van to transport parcels to customers
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Meeting daily delivery targets

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • No more than 6 points on driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to meet daily delivery targets

Benefits:

  • Get paid every Friday
  • Receive an extra 20% on top of your weekly pay by being VAT registered

Van Arrangements:

If you have your own van, you will receive a £500 bonus. If you don't have a van, Flow Logistics can provide one for you at no upfront cost.
