About the Role

As a Incident Resolution Expert at bet365, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional technical support and have a seamless experience when interacting with our Service Desk team.

You will be responsible for answering phone calls within Service Level Agreements (SLA's), handling Live Chats efficiently and professionally, and logging, progressing, and providing updates on tickets for incidents and service requests.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to work in a fast-paced environment and make a significant contribution to the success of our Service Desk team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls within SLA's and provide an excellent customer experience
  • Handle Live Chats efficiently and professionally
  • Log, progress, and provide updates on tickets for incidents and service requests

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a comprehensive training program.
