Business Development Representative

We are working with a national business in Harrogate who is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join their team.
As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, quoting prices, and processing orders from start to finish.
This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a telephone-based role, strong IT skills, and a confident telephone manner.
Responsibilities:- Quoting prices to new and existing customers
- Taking orders and processing them through to completion
- Maintaining good client relationships
- Pro-active business development
- Working alongside national depots and transport team
- Experience of working in a telephone based role
- High attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills and a confident telephone manner
- Good use and experience of using various IT systems
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
