Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at CLD Recruitment. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role- The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- You will be working closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage commercial clients to ensure high service standards and retention rates.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
- Work closely with suppliers, MGAs, and brokers to support business development.
Requirements
- Previous sales or customer service experience is essential.
- A good telephone manner and keen eye for detail are also required.
