About the Role

Lookers Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers for our leasing services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and increase sales.
  • Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services and excellent customer experience.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful business development in a corporate market.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.
  • Ability to work effectively, be self-motivated, and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
  • Knowledge of the motor trade industry and leasing services.
