About the Role
Lookers Leasing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new customers for our leasing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to identify business opportunities and increase sales.
- Work closely with the sales director to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of our services and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful business development in a corporate market.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to work effectively, be self-motivated, and committed to exceeding customer expectations.
- Knowledge of the motor trade industry and leasing services.
