Overview

We are seeking a Senior Talent Leader to join our team at Insanity Group. This role is responsible for leading the professional careers of 6-10 individuals who operate as talent within the Entertainment industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years' experience in talent management, entertainment, or a related industry, with strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Representation: Represent and manage a diverse roster of talent across different verticals.
  • Client Development: Develop and implement strategic career plans for talent, including broadcast opportunities, brand campaigns, hosting opportunities, and Intellectual Property projects.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of talent, using best practice and achieving a high benchmark of terms.
  • Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders.
  • Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and secure opportunities for talent, including brand partnerships, endorsements, and collaborations.
  • Brand Management: Develop and manage the public image and personal brand for talent, including social media presence and public appearances.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, gifting, travel arrangements, campaign management, content delivery, legal agreements, and invoice requests.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in talent management, entertainment, or a related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple talent and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and brand management.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
