Key Responsibilities

The Senior Learning and Talent Leader will be responsible for providing visionary leadership to drive continuous improvement in employee skills, knowledge, and performance. They will identify and nurture compassionate and inclusive leadership and talent within the organization through targeted development programs, collaborating with HR to implement succession planning and talent retention strategies.

In addition, they will design and deliver comprehensive manager induction programmes for all newly appointed managers to ensure they are compassionate, inclusive and effective managers of people.

The role also requires the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive Learning and Organisational Development strategy aligned with the NHS's overarching goals, and to lead the team in achieving these objectives.
