Hays Human Resources invites applications for the Head of HR position, offering a challenging and rewarding role that will drive organisational success. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will lead the HR function, focusing on strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and workforce planning.

About the Job:

This role requires an experienced HR leader who can develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading the HR team, managing organisational changes, and driving employee engagement. Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and collaboration are essential for this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Manage organisational changes, ensuring minimal disruption
  • Collaborate with work councils to improve working practices
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local business forums
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or similar sectors
Compensation Package:
  • Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
  • Benefits package including 33 days holiday + Bank Holidays, contributory pension, and additional perks
  • Flexible working options available, including hybrid working - 3 days onsite
