Job Summary

LMAX Group is seeking a talented Global Talent Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our talent mapping process and establishing robust succession planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive succession planning framework to ensure business continuity and growth.
  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to align talent management strategies with ongoing recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with the People Business Partnering team to ensure that talent strategies are integrated with broader people initiatives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent development, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual with:

  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and workforce development in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • A strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and how they integrate with broader talent management strategies.
  • Experience working in partnership with People/HR teams and business leaders to deliver talent strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that this is a short-term FTC (Fixed-Term Contract) with a view of finishing at the end of December 2024.
