Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on factors such as location, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for an exceptional individual with outstanding leadership, organisational, and intellect skills to develop and harmonise our management practices. This role will involve building our Organisational Development team, developing and implementing a comprehensive talent development and culture strategy, hosting discussions about management practices, delivering an exceptional experience for aspiring and existing leaders, and owning the renewal and activation of values internally and externally.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need an exceptional academic track record, excellent writing and communication skills, relevant experience with a clear position on remote work and management, strong views on key conditions that create high-performing teams, analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience in people management and being accountable for a budget.
